Please contact me if you are dissatisfied with your purchase so we can make it right!. We will accept returns on any unused or unopened products. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.

3.SHELF LIFE

My soaps are created with natural ingredients with no preservatives and should be used within a year. As you will see, my soaps are packed with goodness including essential oils and natural colorants and they may diminish with time and storage. For longer storage, store in a cool, dark and dry place. As many of my customers joke, store them in your “drawers” and enjoy them twice!

 

4. PAYMENT

All orders are shipped as soon as possible when payment has been received. Our preferred method of payment is credit card but I also accept check,or money order. Orders placed on our site are encrypted with SSL technology. That means our secure server encrypts all information you input to our cart before it is sent to us. This technology can be trusted to send information over the internet.

 

5. LOCAL DELIVERY

I deliver soaps to Bayfield, Washburn, Ashland or other locations when I am making other deliveries. If am coming to a show, you may also arrange to have your products ready for pick up. Thank you!

 

6.SHIPPING

We usually ship USPS with Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking number if your email is included. Other shipping options or carriers may be available by request. NOTE: Insurance is also available upon request.

Ingredients are listed. If you have a sensitivity to the product, discontinue use. Avoid contact with mucus membranes and eyes. Some oils may cause skin irritation in people with sensitive skin. Test before use. Test roll-ons or insect repellent on the back of your wrist and leave for an hour or more. If irritation or redness occurs wash the area and do not use the oil. If soaps cause irritation or redness, discontinue use.
